At Baraka Sports & Printing LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.
General Return Rules
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns can be dropped off in store or shipped back to us
Product-Specific Policies
Badminton & Tennis Rackets ✅ 30 days
Return within 30 days if unused. The plastic wrap around the grip must remain intact — once removed, the racket is considered used and cannot be returned. Must be in original packaging.
Shoes ✅ 30 days
Return within 30 days if unused with original tags attached. Indoor try-on is acceptable. Outdoor use voids return eligibility — shoes with any dirt, scuff marks, or signs of outdoor use will not be accepted. Do not place shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box.
Sports Bags & Accessories ✅ 30 days
Return within 30 days if unused and in original condition with all tags intact.
Jerseys (Standard, Unprinted) ✅ 30 days
Return within 30 days if unused with tags attached and no signs of wear.
Shuttlecocks 🚫 No returns
Shuttlecocks are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. Opened tubes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Strings & Grip Accessories 🚫 No returns
All badminton strings, overgrips, replacement grips, and string accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Custom printed jerseys (with name, number, or logo)
- Racket stringing service
- Shuttlecocks (any brand or type)
- Strings and grip accessories
- Any item that has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@barakasportsprinting.com within 30 days of purchase
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back at your own cost, or drop it off in store
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@barakasportsprinting.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Racket Warranty
All new rackets come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If an issue arises after the warranty period, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
